In order to resolve an issue where students were presented with an error in Chrome when attempting to access Skyward, CIPAFilter (our content filtering solution) pushed out an update.
Students will be required, one time, to enter in their username (not email address) and password (twice) in order to authenticate with the filter. The password they need to enter is the one that was originally given to them. Example: Rh123456
This is very similar to what they were previously prompted for at home to access the internet.
Once this is done, they will no longer receive the CIPAFilter popup and they'll be able to access the internet as usual and shouldn't have any issues with Skyward as long as they re-login to Skyward if they've moved from the district to home or from home to the district. (Close the tab and reopen)
